E2open, Austin, Texas, announced plans to acquire INTTRA, a Parsippany Hills, N.J.-based ocean shipping network, software and information provider, to create a unified global logistics and supply chain network.
Upon completion, the Phase One site will house 25,712 pallet positions with three rooms and storage temperatures ranging from -20°F to 60°F.
