Lineage, the world’s largest global temperature-controlled warehouse REIT, began trading as a Nasdaq-listed company under the ticker LINE.  

For 45 years, Orlandi Trailer has served the Bay Area by offering trailer solutions for boats, equipment, car haulers and more. With this dealer announcement, Orlandi will now offer refrigerated trailers for the first time. 

Highlights include indoor and outdoor water use reduction efforts and enhanced indoor air quality.

The facility, located adjacent to Interstate 35, is more than 400,000 square feet with an average clear height of 55 feet and 53 dock doors. 

The site features over 3 million cubic feet of space and more than 16,000 pallet positions. 

The 300,000-square-foot warehouse was developed in partnership with Ambrose Property Group and built by ARCO Design/Build.

Climbing over 140 feet, phase one of the Lebanon, Indiana, facility features a capacity of 100,700 industrial pallet positions.
