The greenhouse lettuce is moving full steam ahead with growth plans to continue meeting consumer demand as they prepare for the opening in Temple, Texas, their largest facility to date.

 With 181,000-square feet of cold storage and operational space, this LEED-certified facility features 25,000 pallet positions, to support cold storage needs in the western New York region. 

The new facility replaces a 92-year-old facility in Waseca and will provide approximately 20% more capacity for processing vegetables.
