The addition of these eight cold storage facilities to Lineage’s warehousing network will provide nearly 1.3 million square feet of capacity and approximately 115,000 pallet positions.

The facility features added space and increased resources for automation in addition to many technological advancements and innovations that directly improve the overall efficiency, sustainability, and quality, setting new standards in the produce industry. 

This 40% increase in overall pallet capacity is positioned well given the high concentration of frozen food producers in southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois.

There are 27,000 pallet positions and blast freezing capacity planned for the 198,000-square-foot facility. 

The 142,000-square-foot site, built by Ti Cold, is part of a three-phase project.
