Kellogg Company plans to separate its North American cereal and plant-based foods businesses, via tax-free spin-offs, resulting in three independent public companies, each better positioned to unlock their full standalone potential.
The company plans to roll out new recycle-ready packaging for select products, begin sourcing 100% renewable electricity and utilize a new plant-based soy ingredient from Benson Hill that will reduce the brand's impacts on the environment.
Kellogg's is expanding their existing partnership with Sodexo to deliver plant-based Incogmeato by MorningStar Farms Burger Patties at more than 3,000 locations. Sodexo, a leading provider of catering, hospitality and food retail services, already serves the Spicy Black Bean Burger by MorningStar Farms. The company is excited to meet the increasing demand for both plant-based and meat-like options.
Incogmeato by MorningStar Farms, a leader in plant-based poultry, knows America loves chicken tenders and now they're unveiling new plant-based Chik'n Tenders worthy of chicken lovers everywhere. Hitting shelves this month in Original and Sweet BBQ flavors, the new Incogmeato Chik'n Tenders are indistinguishable from its animal protein counterpart, with a signature "just-like-meat" tear you have to see to believe.
Ahead of grilling season, Incogmeato is debuting its new, ready-to-cook plant-based Burger Patties, Original Bratwurst and Italian Sausage with complete protein. Masquerading as meat, Incogmeato tricks your taste buds with its meat-like experience and flavors from natural sources.
