Seltzer Companies CEO Richard Hazel announced that Carlsbad, Calif., suppliers Seltzer Nutritional Technologies and Seltzer Ingredients -- supplier of nutritional ingredients, colors and micronutrients -- have been combined and renamed as Glanbia Nutritionals Inc.
