The move-in ready cold storage facility boasts 40-foot clear ceiling heights, a 35,000-square-foot in-place freezer with full height racking, 11 loading docks and two drive-in doors.

A new 83,000-square-foot cold storage facility will be near the Interstate-81 corridor and the Virginia Inland Port.

The $73 million Mississippi site will be the first cold storage infrastructure investment since Hurricane Katrina.

Scheduled to open in early 2025, the facility will employ state-of-the-art layer picking technology. 

Cold storage racking may no longer be code compliant with the introduction of updated, strict Factory Mutual (FM) Global and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) code regulations.

The 530,474-square-foot Elkton, Florida, location is expected to be completed in 2025. 

 Both facilities are estimated to be completed in early 2025.
