As California prepares to implement its draft rules in late 2012, Infocast is organizing the inaugural Safer Consumer Products Summit to give industry, government and NGOs a platform to find common ground on key pieces of the Initiative. This unique event will provide the latest outlook on other the emerging frameworks at Washington Department of Ecology, EPA’s Design for Environment (DfE), and Europe. Regulatory, toxicology, sustainability and materials R&D decision-makers from industry will have a chance to hear from policy and technical officials tasked with refining timelines, definitions and protocols as well as long-term future directions.
