Lancaster, who previously served as Vice President of Sales at Stavis Seafoods, has more than 30 years of experience in sales, management and the seafood industry. In this new role, Lancaster will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company. He will also be charged with executing the company’s growth strategy by driving sales, increasing operational and purchasing efficiencies and execution, expanding our brand across multiple channels and growing our retail and national account customer base and product capabilities.

Because of this increase in home-meal preparation, retailers and home delivery companies are going to see a spike in sales in the coming weeks. Stavis Seafoods, Boston, Mass., entered a primary distribution partnership with R.W. Zant Co., Los Angeles, beginning Aug. 1, to include the warehousing and delivery of Stavis Seafoods’ products to R.W. Zant customers.
Stavis Peabody will now serve as the company’s main facility for frozen items.

Boston-based Stavis Seafoods is opening an additional 40,000-square-foot warehouse facility in Peabody, Mass., effective March 6, to serve as the primary home for the company’s broad line of frozen seafood products.
This agreement will enhance Stavis’ supply chain options and significantly increase G&C’s seafood product line.
