The Lamb Weston board of directors has appointed Jan Craps executive chair, effective February 6. James (Jim) D. Gray will join as chief financial officer (CFO).

Lamb Weston announced that John Hatto has been promoted to the role of Senior Vice President, Strategy & Growth. Hatto has more than 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Most recently, he led Lamb Weston’s Distributor Sales team as Vice President, Sales, for the Foodservice Business Unit.
