As families pledge to eat healthier, Palermo Villa Inc., Milwaukee, Wis., introduces a pair of pizzas that enable consumers to stick to their resolutions without sacrificing taste. Two new additions to the company's Primo Thin line are Primo Thin Garden and Chicken Fajita.

“At Palermo’s we understand the importance of providing a nutritious family meal that everyone at the table will enjoy, including health-conscious consumers,” says Giacomo Fallucca, president and CEO of Palermo’s. “Our Primo Thin Garden and Chicken Fajita varieties are Palermo’s latest creations that deliver fresh, restaurant-quality ingredients with as few as 250 calories per serving.”

Palermo’s Primo Thin Garden
Palermo’s Primo Thin Garden features crispy, all-natural multi-grain crust is topped with tomato sauce and then covered with a blend of 100 percent real Mozzarella (part-skim), Parmesan and Romano cheeses.

A garden of flavor features fire-roasted red and green bell peppers, fire-roasted onions, sliced black olives and broccoli, all topped with Italian spices. The Primo Thin Garden offers a good source of fiber with 4g per serving, officials say.

Palermo’s Primo Thin Chicken Fajita
Palermo’s Primo Thin Chicken Fajita features an all-natural ultra-thin crust topped with zesty Mexicali sauce, Mozzarella (part skim) and Monterrey Jack cheeses, grilled white meat chicken tossed with a blend of Southwest spices, fire-roasted green bell peppers and fire-roasted onions. The entire pizza is then finished with cool sour cream sauce dollops.

Palermo’s Primo Thin Garden and Chicken Fajita pizzas are available in supermarkets and club stores nationwide at a suggested retail price of $5.99.
