PACKAGING BRIEFS: Blow-molded rigid plastic container supplier Graham Packaging Co., York, Pa.,  expects to go public once it completes an acquisition by Hicks Acquisition Company, Dallas, and The Blackstone Group, New York, N.Y. Officials say the $3.2 billion transaction calls for Hicks to pay $350 million in cash (held in trust), 35.0 million common shares and 2.8 million warrants upon completion of the deal. . . . Kliklok Corporation, the parent to packaging machinery companies Kliklok-Woodman, Decatur, Ga., and Kliklok International Ltd., Bristol, U.K., said Kliklok International has been purchased by its senior management team, including Managing Director Robert Morley, Finance Director David Williams and Business Development Director Nigel Fox.
