Cappello’s Appoints 2 Corporate Positions

Rajesh Babu, president
Cappello's, the frozen-fresh category leader that uses only simple, real-food ingredients, has appointed natural food alum Rajesh Babu as president. This appointment comes after an extraordinary year of growth for the brand, during which it increased total points of distribution by 67%.
Prior to Cappello’s, Babu served as Birch Bender’s COO where he scaled the business to four product lines and led the company’s successful acquisition with Sovos Brands.
In addition to Babu, Cappello’s also welcomed Ken Jenner as the VP of R&D and commercialization.
Jenner was formerly the VP of Innovation at Boulder Brands and is bringing his 25-plus years of experience in technical food science and culinary arts to the Cappello’s team.
