Costco members throughout the Southeast region of the U.S. can find this bold, flavor-packed entrée in the frozen food section of select stores.

At the heart of the brand is Chef Gustavo Chávez, executive chef at Baja Foods. A native of Michoacán, Mexico, Chef Gustavo began his culinary journey under the guidance of his father. After immigrating to the U.S. at age 13, his passion and talent quickly propelled him forward—eventually becoming the youngest manager at the iconic El Torito restaurant chain in California. Known as "El Chile Mayor" ("The Big Chile"), Gustavo has made over 100 national TV appearances and collaborated with top brands including Mazeca, Jarritos, Herdez, and Hormel. Now, he brings his signature flair and passion for authentic flavors directly to home kitchens through the Chef Gustavo line.

The new Chicken & Cheese Enchiladas entrée features antibiotic-free shredded white meat chicken, hand-rolled in corn tortillas with vegetables, served on fiesta rice, and topped with a creamy, mild jalapeño-hatch green chile crema sauce and a blend of melted cheeses. Each package includes six ready-to-heat enchiladas—offering a convenient, chef-crafted solution for busy families looking for authentic taste without compromise.
