Launching in Costco stores in the Pacific Northwest, Los Angeles, Bay Area and Texas regions, with Texas launching in October, this fresh take on a Vietnamese classic offers crisp, zesty flavors with the ultimate convenience.

Raybern’s Pork Bánh Mì is piled with thinly sliced, seasoned roast pork and fresh, pickled vegetables, including onions, carrots, daikon radish, red bell peppers and jalapeños, all layered on Raybern’s signature “bakery-soft” bread. Developed over years to cook up perfectly soft and delicious straight from the microwave, the bread delivers authentic, deli-style texture without any fuss.
