Reser’s Fine Foods Names West, Salathe to C-Suite

Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc.

With more than 5,000 employees, Reser's operates 13 facilities across North America.

October 7, 2025

Reser’s Fine Foods Inc., a leading provider of fresh refrigerated deli salads, side dishes and prepared foods, announced the company has bolstered its leadership team with the appointments of Justin West to chief financial officer (CFO) and Anthony “Tony” Salathe to senior vice president of sales.

West has over 15 years of executive leadership experience in finance and operations, and Salathe brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the food industry.

These two appointments follow the company’s 75th anniversary milestone and reflect Reser’s strategic focus on leadership planning and continued growth.

“We are pleased to welcome Justin and Tony to the Reser’s family,” said Mark Reser, CEO and president of Reser’s Fine Foods. “We are confident that this expanded leadership will be valuable in helping to accelerate Reser’s growth and position us well for the future.”

West previously served as CFO and executive vice president at Parr Lumber Company, where he led financial strategy and oversaw operations including facilities, fleet, IT and project management. West holds a MBA in Finance from Aspen University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Oregon State University. He is also a certified management accountant.

West succeeds Paul Leavy, who was recently promoted to chief operating officer.

Salathe holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a bachelor’s degree in dairy science and business administration from University of Wisconsin. In his new role as SVP, he will lead the sales team in driving enterprise-wide impact.
