The conference program will feature a keynote from economic forecaster and former CNBC Chief Economist Marci Rossell, speaking on economics, politics, culture, and the media. The main stage will also see experts discussing priority industry topics such as tariffs, deregulation, market forces, and the future of food facility construction.

October 14, 2025

The Controlled Environment Building Association (CEBA), partner of the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA), has announced the program for the 45th Annual CEBA Conference & Expo. This year the major temperature-controlled logistics industry event will be held November 3-5, at Caesar’s Palace Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The CEBA Conference & Expo 2025 will bring together global leaders in design and construction serving the specific needs of the temperature-controlled supply chain. Together delegates and speakers will explore today’s key controlled environment opportunities and challenges alongside cold chain operators, inspirational business leaders, and the GCCA’s advice and advocacy specialists.

The CEBA Conference & Expo will comprise a must-see speaker program, the cold chain industry’s premier construction Expo, a prestigious award ceremony for the CEBA Built By the Best Awards, and multiple social events and networking opportunities.

The conference program will feature a keynote from economic forecaster and former CNBC Chief Economist Marci Rossell, speaking on economics, politics, culture, and the media. The main stage will also see experts discussing priority industry topics such as tariffs, deregulation, market forces, and the future of food facility construction.

“We are delighted to host an outstanding 2025 CEBA Conference & Expo, especially at a time of evolution for the construction of specialist cold chain facilities. This year’s program has been curated so that delegates will not only gain new ideas and insights but will also leave with actionable strategies to enhance project delivery, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth in a rapidly evolving market,” said Sara Stickler, GCCA president & CEO. “We will also be celebrating the most exciting and innovative cold chain construction projects in the world, announcing this year's Built by the Best Award honorees. This year's CEBA Conference & Expo will create a unique and timely forum at which designers, contractors, engineers, and facility operators will converge to set the agenda for the future of our industry.”

Throughout the conference, delegates will be able to attend break-out Education Sessions where experts will guide analyses of the latest innovations, insights and trends in topics including food safety, next-gen tools and technologies, strategies to meet evolving consumer demands and energy conservation strategies. The Construction Café will also welcome attendees for dynamic roundtable discussions on topics such as automation, design trends, fire safety and recruitment.

In an annual program highlight, the conference will celebrate industry excellence with the popular awards ceremony for the prestigious CEBA Built By the Best Awards. These awards recognize members around the globe for their expertise and innovation in constructing, renovating or modernizing controlled environment buildings.
