Kayem acquires Tyson brands
Kayem Foods, Chelsea, Mass., announced that it has agreed to acquire seven regional brands of frankfurters and deli products from Tyson Foods. Kayem will assume ownership of all trademarks associated with and the Jordan's, Deutschmacher, Kirschcner, Essem, Tasty Bite and Williams of Vermont brands. Products include beef, pork and chicken frankfurters as well as beef and pork deli products.
