Sea Star Beacon Light Steam entrees
Using microwave steam cooking technology, Sea Star Seafood Corp., Marlborough, Mass., developed the Beacon Light Steam microwaveable entrée line. Officials say the line utilizes innovative vented pouch technology. The 12-ounce, two-portion servings are coated with a dry seasoning that blends with natural juices during a five-minute cook time in the microwave. Varieties include Lemon & Dill Atlantic Salmon; Garlic & Herb Mahi Mahi; and Tomato, Basil & Garlic Tilapia.
