U.S. Cold Storages’ Turlock, Calif., facility is undergoing aPhase Three expansion, which will bring the facility to 13.3 million cubic feet of warehouse space, an US Cold Storage Turlock facilityadditional 17,000 pallet positions and 15 dock doors.

This modern, multi-temp (-20°F to 55°F) site features the latest in refrigeration technology and warehouse design and provides customers a safe, secure environment for any logistics program. USCS Turlock offers a complete lineup of services for both finished and off-production products. Turlock is within a short drive of the San Francisco Bay Area and the ports of Oakland and Stockton.

Turlock opened in 2009. Since then, Turlock has added logistics services and become a one-stop regional solution for most transport needs, including multi-vendor consolidation. At the same time, Turlock’s USCS transport program has expanded to offer localized delivery options.

"USCS Turlock's new addition is cause for excitement,” says Rod Noll, vice president of area manager – Western region. “The expanded warehouse has allowed us to attract another significant national food manufacturer into the USCS family for warehousing and distribution needs. Additionally, it has provided opportunity to enhance existing local and regional storage and distribution relations, while giving us ability to forge new ones."

United States Cold Storage, Inc. (USCS) is based in Voorhees, N.J.
