Beaver Street Fisheries Inc., Jacksonville, Fla., expanded its Sea Best brand to include Signature Singles, a line of sophisticated, chef-inspired, single-serve seafood entrées.

Additionally, the Sea Best brand also now includes Lobster Au Gratin, which features citrus scallops and linguini, stuffed clams, black bean and shrimp tacos, tilapia Florentine and spinach and artichoke flounder, and can be prepared in as little as four minutes.

“The new Signature Lobster Au Gratin, as well as the introduction of the Signature Singles line, allows Sea Best to offer a greater variety of quick seafood options to customers looking for high quality and convenient food items,” says Mark Frisch, executive vice president.

The Signature Lobster Au Gratin entrée, which will initially be available at Publix stores, features sweet lobster over creamy potato cakes, drizzled with a velvety cheese and herb sauce. The portion includes two servings that can be prepared in the microwave or oven.

The Signature Singles products come individually sized and can be prepared in a heat-and-serve microwaveable tray.
