Del Monte Foods, San Francisco, introduced new Fresh Fruit Smoothies, made exclusively from fresh fruit.

"Our new range of Fresh Fruit Smoothies is the perfect addition to our brand portfolio,” says Youssef Zakharia, vice president. “With this new range, we are being consistent with our brand positioning, supporting healthy eating in the region and being ahead of consumers' requirements, as Del Monte Fresh Fruit Smoothies are dairy free and made 100% from fresh fruits."

Del Monte Fresh Fruit Smoothies are equivalent to 1-2 of the 5-a-day portion of fruits, as recommended by the World Health Organization.

They come in Triple Berry (Blackberry, Raspberry, Strawberry, Banana, Green Apple, Orange), Strawberry Banana (Strawberry, Banana, Red Apple, Orange) and Tropical (Pineapple, Mango, Red Apple, Orange, Banana).

These smoothies come in 300ml single-serving recyclable packaging and are available in petrol stations, convenient stores and major supermarkets in the Middle East.
