Graeter’s Ice Cream, Cincinnati, launched Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip ice cream, available in pints at grocery stores such as Kroger and Giant Eagle throughout the Midwest.

The new flavor is a consciously-crafted marriage of one of Graeter’s oldest traditional flavors, Salted Caramel, with the company’s signature gourmet chocolate chips.

“For years, customers have been asking us to put chocolate chips in our Salted Caramel, and this year, we’re meeting fans in scoop shops and store aisles with the exact flavor they’ve been asking for,” says Richard Graeter, fourth-generation owner and CEO. “The combination of these two classics has created a taste experience that is truly greater than the sum of its parts.”
