The Hain Celestial Group, Inc., Lake Success, N.Y., announced that one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries entered into a definitive agreement to purchase The Yorkshire Provender Ltd., a UK-producer of premium branded soups for leading retailers, on-the-go food outlets and foodservice providers in the United Kingdom.
