AIT Worldwide Logistics, Itasca, Ill., continued the ongoing expansion of its global network with the opening of a new office in Monterrey, Mexico. The new facility joins the company’s first Mexico-located office, AIT-Hermosillo, which opened in June 2015.

AIT-Monterrey will also serve as the primary hub in Mexico to connect with our U.S. trucking network. Monterrey is important not only as a thriving manufacturing base, but also because many of their prominent industries are supported by AIT’s special services.”

In addition to domestic and trans-border FTL and LTL trucking options, the AIT-Monterrey office provides a complete array of logistics products, including freight forwarding and consolidation for both air and ocean lanes, customs brokerage, cargo insurance and project cargo services. For warehousing needs, the team partners with a local facility capable of providing up to 8,000 square meters of storage space.
