Farmwise, LLC, Boston, Mass., developed new Cauliflower, White Bean & Onion Veggie Rings, which blend tender cauliflower, navy beans and onions on the inside and crunchy gluten-free breading on the outside.

These Veggie Rings deliver two vegetable servings in every 10 rings and 4 grams of protein per serving, are a good source of fiber and vitamin C and are free of the Top 8 allergens, including wheat/gluten, soy, dairy and nuts.
