AssuredFreshness enables first-expiry-first-out inventory, big data analytics and metric-based management to improve supply chain effectiveness. The technology trial will demonstrate AssuredFreshness’ ability to predict remaining shelf life of individual strawberry flats, from harvest to retail location.
