Cabot Creamery Co-operative, Cabot, Vt., launched a new line of naturally-aged cheese that come in pre-cut, cracker-size portions.
“We wanted to make it easier for people to enjoy our award-winning cheese when time is short or when they are on the go,” says Ed Townley, chief executive officer. “In response to our consumer’s requests, the farm families who own Cabot invested in the operational resources needed to deliver our best cheeses, more conveniently.”
