Schwan's Co., Bloomington, Minn., debuted the Edwards Dessert Kitchen, an ultimate dessert destination designed offer a unique, dessert-forward dining experience. Edwards Dessert Kitchen is scheduled to open this summer in The Lowry building in the North Loop neighborhood of downtown Minneapolis.
Led by Christina Kaelberer, general Manager and executive pastry chef, Edwards Dessert Kitchen will serve up modern dishes, such as Miso Caramel Pudding, Vegan Chocolate Mousse, Coconut Crème Pie Puffs and Passion Fruit Soufflé.
