Local Crate, Minneapolis, launched its locally sourced, subscription-based meal kits in 200-plus retail stores in California and Minnesota.

The new retail meals are as follows: (in California) Chipotle Chicken with Mexican Street Corn and Cilantro-Lime Rice, Mozzarella Chicken with Bruschetta and Roasted Parmesan Potatoes, Bibimbap, Korean Fried Chicken with Sweet Gochujang Sauce and Carne Asada Tacos with Poblano Crema. (In Minnesota) Char Siu Chicken Tacos with Sesame Slaw, Carne Asada Bowl with Chimichurri and Grilled Zucchini, Spanish Steak Skewers with Saffron Rice and Yogurt Sauce, Roasted Chicken Shawarma Bowl with Tzatziki and Lemon Parmesan Chicken with Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes.

Local Crate meal kits are sold in more than 200 California and Minnesota Target stores.
