Main Street Capital Holdings acquires W&W Dairy
W&W Dairy produces Queso Fresco, Cotija, Quesadilla, Panela and other cheese varieties.
Main Street Capital Holdings, LLC, Pittsburgh, Pa., acquired W&W Dairy, LLC, a private label producer of Hispanic cheeses.
W&W Dairy produces Queso Fresco, Cotija, Quesadilla, Panela and other cheese varieties out of its state-of-the-art headquarters manufacturing facility in Monroe, Wis.
As a result, Franz Hofmeister was named president and CEO of W&W Dairy, immediately following the acquisition.
