Raley’s, West Sacramento, Calif., announced a new line of chef-created meal kits and components.

These subscription-free meal kits entail chef-created recipes developed by Evelyn Miliate, Raley’s culinary innovation manager and chef, are seasonally inspired and will rotate quarterly.  All offerings are made with clean ingredients and high-quality produce and meat.

“We want to be the destination for our customers looking for a healthy, home-cooked meal,” says Miliate. “Fresh kits are an affordable solution to dinner that customers can trust. The kits include high-quality ingredients and offer great variety, so your family doesn’t get bored with the same recipes.”

These kids come in four different formats:

Meal kits come with all items to make a full meal. Choose from six full meal kits featuring vegetarian curry, chicken with red wine sauce, chicken tarragon, butter chicken, steak with peppercorn sauce and salmon with cilantro yogurt sauce. Serves 2-4 people, and ranges from $16.99-19.99,

Quick kits come with pre-cut vegetables and cooked chicken, featuring mole enchiladas, Greek-style pasta and sage butter gnocchi for $14.99.

Steamable Rotisserie Sides pair with a grab-and-go Rotisserie Chicken, and feature broccoli parmesan, green beans with parmesan, Mexican-style vegetables and Italian-style vegetables for $4.99.

And, Creative Kits feature 9 sauces, 8 whole grains and starches, 8 vegetables and freshly-prepared meat by in-house butcher for $3.99-4.99.
