Software service helps food facilities reduce risk of Listeria monocytogenes contamination
iFoodDecisionSciences (iFoodDS), Seattle, Wash., developed a new software service designed to help food facilities reduce the risk of Listeriamonocytogenes contamination of food products through improved environmental monitoring and detection.
The software served, called EnABLe (Environmental monitoring with an Agent-based model of Listeria), is a detailed and customizable simulation tool for use in food processing facilities.
Together, with iFoodDS’s software and analytics solutions, EnABLe turns science and research into a tool that helps the food industry address pressing food safety challenges.
