Picavi, Germany, introduced new Glass Enterprise Edition 2 from Google, a pick-by-vision solution designed to deliver greater efficiency in visually guided order picking processes.

The Glass Enterprise Edition 2 glasses include a Qualcomm quad-core processor and the Android 8.1 operating system, also known as Android Oreo, to make the glasses faster and ensure longer battery life.

This pick-by-vision solution makes it possible for operators to visually manage the picking process for goods in intralogistics in a consistent manner. When wearing the smart glasses, warehouse workers have both hands free for their primary task, i.e. picking goods.
