Lactalis Group, France, acquired Ehrmann Commonwealth Dairy, the Brattleboro, Vt.-based yogurt business of Ehrmann AG, Germany.

Ehrmann Commonwealth Dairy maintains two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities—Brattleboro and Casa Grande, Ariz.—, employs 250 people and manufactures and distributes yogurt and other dairy products under the Green Mountain Creamery and Liebe brands as well as other private label brands.
