Fresh Express, Orlando, Fla., launched new Chopped Salad Kits in Twisted Caesar varieties and Thai ‘N’ Cashews.

New Fresh Express Twisted Caesar Chopped Salad Kits are available in:
- Twisted Asian Caesar. Crisp romaine lettuce, crunchy wonton strips, sesame seeds and dried pineapple come together, topped with Asian Caesar dressing and grated parmesan cheese.
- Twisted Avocado Caesar. Yellow and blue tortilla strips blended in romaine lettuce, corn kernels, grated parmesan cheese and Avocado Caesar dressing.
- Twisted Greek Caesar. Herb flatbread strips, crumbled feta cheese and Greek Caesar dressing atop romaine lettuce.

The Thai ‘N’ Cashews is a crunchy mix of green and red cabbage, romaine lettuce, carrots, green onions, Thai spiced wonton strips, roasted cashews and toasted coconut flakes, completed with creamy Thai dressing.
