Treeline Debuts New Plant-Based Cashew Cream Cheese
A recent study conducted by the Plant Based Foods Association showed that vegan cheese sales grew by 43% in 2019. One company feeling that growth is Treeline Cheese, a plant-based cheese that pairs well with wine, and can substitute for dairy-based cheeses in most recipes.
Treeline Treenut Cheeses draw on traditional dairy-cheese making methods by fermenting creamy cashew nuts with a healthy probiotic, known as L. Acidophilus. They are kosher, soy-free, gluten-free, Paleo-friendly, and provide dietary fiber, which is missing from dairy cheese. Treeline recently launched three new spreadable flavors of vegan cream cheese: Plain, Chive & Onion, and Strawberry.
