Half of all fresh produce imported from Mexico enters the U.S. through Texas, making this border-adjacent logistics infrastructure critical for retailers.
With this move, the company now known as Foster, will proudly operate the most robust food supply chain in the Mid-Atlantic, nourishing more people than ever before.
Based in the Salinas Valley of California, Western Sky Produce was established in March 2020, by Wyatt Meiggs and Phil Giles, two friends who shared a passion for fresh produce and servicing the complex supply chain of the industry.
The survey is a follow-up of the survey conducted by the coalition in March 2023, when producers and traders the world over were facing unprecedented cost hikes.
