Food Marketing Institute (FMI), Arlington, Va., announced a 5-year partnership with Prometric, a Baltimore, Md.-based provider of test development and delivery solutions, to bring the Certified Food Protection Manager (CPFM) exam under the FMI SafeMark program.
. The company, which supports Johnsonville’s fresh sausage business, purchased the building in August 2015, after the facility it previously operated at 104 Division St. was destroyed by a fire in May 2015.

Perry Way Foods, a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnsonville Sausage, LLC, Sheboygan Falls, Wis., completed renovation of a building at 1222 Perry Way in Watertown, Wis.
The $65 million investment will include a 32,000-square-foot expansion to the existing fry plant as well as state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and technology.
