Prime Star Group, Inc., Las Vegas, said its Wild Grill Foods, Inc. subsidiary inked a deal with UniSea, Inc., Redmond, Wash., "to meet [Wild Grill's] expanded production needs."

Officials said demand for Wild Grill's various seafood products has grown and the company has partnered to handle increased orders from its clientele.

"As we expand our business, it is critically important that we manage our production to maintain quality and achieve success," said Roger Mohlman, Prime Star president. "Our partnership with UniSea will provide Wild Grill Foods with enhanced quality control and production scalability to meet our growth targets for the future. We're very excited at the potential this relationship will provide the company."

UniSea has plants in Dutch Harbor, Alaska, and Redmond, Wash. Its product line includes seafood products from Pollock, Pollock Roe, Pacific Cod, Black Cod, Snow Crab, King Crab, Halibut, Whitefish Meal and Fish Oil. UniSea is a unit of Japan's Nippon Suisan Kaisha.
