Sweet Street Desserts, Reading, Pa., is so excited about its latest new line, Pipeables mousse, that it's hitting the streets and making its first appearance at Miami's South Beach Wine & Food Festival.

Officials say new Pipeables make it easy for restaurant, B&I operations and catering chefs to add a personal, artful touch to desserts. The piping bags come already filled with 26 ounces of richly flavored mousses, ready upon thawing to fill or decorate.

The new line has 11 varieties including Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Mud Pie, Lemon, Raspberry, Butterscotch and Peanut Butter with Butterfinger.™

Chefs only need to snip the tip to open up “pipeabilities,” the company says. Pipeables make it easy to create luscious filling between cake layers, topping or platescaping a dessert with a silky dollop, taking advantage of the small bites trend by layering in shot glasses or simply piping into a pastry shell. Food safety is ensured because the product is frozen and shipped in sealed packaging, six bags per case.

"We are excited to be a part of such a fun event and are thrilled to be going mobile as we spread the word and taste of Sweet Street to the people of Miami," says Founder and CEO Sandy Solmon.  "I am certain that we will help create memorable moments of sweet indulgence at some of the top events throughout the weekend."

During the festival (Feb.25-28), Sweet Street will debut it's dessert bar at the sold out Perrier-Jouet Bubble Q on Friday, February 26 presented by Allen Brothers and hosted by Emeril Lagasse and Friends.

Also the dessert company will offer sweets at the official after party of the Wine + Dine + Design on Saturday, February 27 sponsored by Bertolli, Carbonell and Carapelli Olive Oil Brands in the Design District. Taking to the streets, Sweet Street Desserts will have a customized "dessert mobile" roving around town.
