New BelGioioso Cheese Unwrap & Roll Fresh Mozzarella roll and Prosciutto and Basil rolls are 12-oz. each and come packaged eight to a case. Chefs and operators simply unroll the sheets and add ingredients such as pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, cured meats, fresh herbs or grilled vegetables. The rolls maybe sliced and plated with salads, pastas, entrees or appetizers.
