Forno de Minas, Brazil, debuted its new Pão de Queijo (cheese roll in Portuguese), Pão de Queijo Multigrain and Pão de Queijo Cheese Sticks.

Forno’s Pão de Queijo is said to be the only Brazilian cheese roll available on the market that is par-baked, frozen and takes only 5 minutes in the oven to prepare.

Pão de Queijo Multigrain is ideal for the health-conscious eater, boasting more fiber, a variety of grains like golden and brown flaxseed and sunflower seeds and lactose-free and gluten-free.

Pão de Queijo Cheese Sticks contain 17% more cheese than the original cheese rolls, and are all-natural, yeast-free and gluten-free, with no sugar added.

“Our Pão de Queijo is the perfect combination of quality, flavor and tradition,” says Tamyres Romano, marketing manager. “We’re proud of our all-natural recipe that has been carefully passed down from generation to generation.”

“Pão de Queijo is a popular meal dish served with breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a snack across Brazilian homes,” adds Romano. “It is a very special treat for us to bring this traditional food staple to U.S. homes with its appeal to health-conscious individuals.”
