Using a 20-inch wheel, the Urschel E TranSlicer cutter continuously produces precision slices. It features a cutting wheel retention assembly that contains a built-in wheel rest and pivoting retaining brackets that slide into place; two pins on either side of the wheel work in conjunction with the brackets. Offering a self-draining frame with all sloped surfaces, the cutter has a sanitary design that includes electrical cables slightly raised off the machine frame to alleviate trapped food particulates during washdowns. It is available with across-the-line start or a variable frequency drive. Other options include a prep table and remote operator stop button.
