Frozen food makers, food retailers, foodservice companies, third-party logistics providers and other cold chain industry professionals will gather for the Food Logistics Forum, June 3-5 at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in New Orleans.

Co-hosted by the American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI), McLean, Va., and the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA), the Food Logistics Forum is the premier event for examining the latest cold chain industry issues, trends, techniques and developments.

This year’s forum will explore a broad range of critical cold chain issues, including truck and driver shortages, new federal hours of service rules, Compliance Safety and Accountability (CSA) scores, container availability, intermodal options and disaster planning featuring a case study from Hurricane Katrina.
