Skinny Cow Slimited Editions Shake-Stirs

The Skinny Cow brand has nothing on James Bond thanks to Slimited Editions Shake-Stirs, a no-blender-needed, low-fat frozen shake.

The Skinny Cow brand of frozen desserts, part of the Nestlé Dreyer's Ice Cream Co.’s umbrella of products, just bulked up thanks to Slimited Editions Shake-Stirs, a no-blender-needed, low-fat frozen shake.

Consumers just add skim milk and waaalah, you have a shaken and stirred addition to breakfast, lunch or snacktime.

“Our new Skinny Cow Slimited Editions Shake-Stirs are the best way to enjoy a rich and creamy milkshake again,” says Jessica Vasisht, brand manager. “Just add milk to the self-serve cup and stir.”

Available in White Mint Cookie (low-fat white mint ice cream swirled together with crushed chocolate cookies) and Double Chocolate Crumble (low-fat chocolate ice cream with crumbled chocolate cookie bits), these shakes maintain a suggested retail price of $1.79 for an 11-ounce self-serve cup.

In addition to the Slimited Editions Shake-Stirs, Skinny Cow also added three new ice cream flavors to its Slimited Editions line-Oh Fudge Nuts! low-fat ice cream cone (a spinoff to the classic ice cream sundae), Mmmmocha Truffle ice cream bars (low-fat chocolate and coffee ice cream topped with chocolatey ribbons) and Best of Both Swirleds low-fat ice cream sandwich (low-fat vanilla and chocolate ice cream sandwiched in between chocolate and vanilla wafers).

These new flavors are available nationwide for just a year, with a suggested retail price of $5.49.
