Curtis changed the game when she first introduced her home seafood boil concept in July 2020 from her fan-favorite Two Fish Crab Shack restaurant in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood, debuting the quick, easy solution that brought Two Fish’s signature flavor to the dinner table during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
