Bubbies Ice Cream, the No. 1 mochi ice cream brand in the natural channel, is expanding its beloved mochi ice cream lineup just in time for the festive season with three new holiday-inspired flavors.

Putting a seasonal twist on the brand’s classic mochi ice cream, the three new flavors include: Peppermint Bark, Raspberry White Chocolate, and Salted Caramel. These new holiday flavors are the first mochi ice cream on the market to be drizzled with decadent ribbons of chocolate or caramel for an extra layer of flavor and texture that exquisitely elevates the cozy flavors of fall and winter, in a completely new and unexpected way. 

Like all Bubbies mochi ice creams, the new holiday flavors feature the brand’s signature super-premium ice cream wrapped in soft mochi dough. The seasonal collection blends nostalgic holiday flavors with a sweet drizzle for a delightful dessert experience in each perfectly-portioned bite. Launching just in time for the festive season, each new flavor comes in a thoughtfully designed box that steps outside the brand’s traditional packaging, bringing extra cheer to every family and friends’ celebration.

Bubbies new holiday-inspired mochi ice creams are the first from the brand to include a drizzle of classic ice cream toppings - such as chocolate, caramel and white chocolate - on the outside. Like the rest of the Bubbies portfolio of frozen novelties, the new flavors are made with only the highest quality ingredients, including Certified Kosher dairy and no rBST. All three flavors are also Certified Gluten-Free. Additional flavor details include:

• Raspberry White Chocolate: Creamy, luxurious white chocolate ice cream nestled in a soft raspberry mochi dough, topped with delicate strands of sweet white chocolate.
• Peppermint Bark: A refreshing swirl of cool peppermint ice cream wrapped in chewy mochi, finished with a generous drizzle of rich, dark chocolate for a true holiday treat!
• Salted Caramel: Velvety caramel ice cream perfectly balanced with a hint of sea salt, surrounded with soft mochi and finished with a luscious, salted caramel glaze.

A limited amount of the holiday flavors will be available online via the Bubbies’ website and can be found at select Albertsons and Safeway locations in Portland and Southern California, and various retailers across Hawaii at an SRP of $6.99-$7.99 per 6-pack box.
