C.H. Guenther & Son acquired Pizza Blends,
Inc., maker of frozen and dry mix pizza crusts and
other custom flour blended products.
C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc., Lenexa, Kan., acquired Pizza Blends, Inc., a Kansas City, Mo., maker of frozen and dry mix pizza crusts and other custom flour blended products.
“Pizza Blends is a great compliment to our existing foodservice business, which specializes in developing unique and high-quality products for many of the large restaurant chains and distributors,” says Dale W. Tremblay, president and CEO of C.H. Guenther.
“I am very pleased to see this great company be merged into C.H. Guenther & Son,” says Bob Holmes, founder of Pizza Blends. “They have an incredible legacy of more than 161 years of private ownership and a commitment to its employees, high-quality standards and exceptional service. C.H. Guenther & Son produces a variety of dry and frozen grain-based food products for both retail and the foodservice industry. With the acquisition of Pizza Blends, Guenther will have nine production facilities in the United States, as well as three operations in Europe.
