Praxair’s ColdFront Solid Belt tunnel freezer uses liquid nitrogen to achieve extremely cold belt temperatures to freeze liquids (marinades, coatings, sauces) and crust freeze the bottoms of all types of foods. Most importantly, this compact, small-footprint system eliminates belt marks. ColdFront features PLC controls, automatic temperature monitor and controls, safety interlocks and a solid, stainless steel conveyor belt. It meets new USDA standards.
